Thank you guys for the input, I've decided to read Bahishti Zewar. The others may be too advanced for a layman like me.

I've heard that Mukhtasar al-Quduri has some mistakes that Al-Hidaya had fixed. Is this true? I wouldn't expect this from a book upon which whole courses and seminars are built on.
Every book has few mistakes. Only the Book of Allah, 'azza wa jal, is perfect. Mukhtasar al-Quduri and al-Hidayah are both great texts for the madhhab of Abu Hanifah (radi Allahu 'anhu) and it's followers.

I'd recommend Ascent to Felicity (Shaykhuna Faraz Rabbani, may Allah preserve him, does duroos of it through Seekers Hub) - you may benefit from those if you choose to. They are all free.

After completing Ascent to Felicity you may move on to Nur al-Idah.
