merely the cut being there and the blood showing in it is not sufficient to invalidate the wudhu. The blood has to flow from its place.

Once you get a cut, wash it and leave it. Do not put any pressure. it will stop flowing soon. Although you may still pressure it and more will come, but just let it be and it wont. Make wudhu, and pray your salah.

If the cut is an open cut on your finger, from where the blood is visible but not flowing. If you fear that the wound will become worse if water touches it, then make masah of that portion and wash the rest.
