Rapid increases in pressure aren't really a concern. It's something I deal with all the time while scuba diving. The pressure changes this guy is going through is nothing compared to the changes a diver goes through. I've personally gone from 1ATA to 4ATA in less than 5 minutes on a couple of dives, and as long as you can equalize your air pockets (inner ear, sinuses, etc) it's no big deal. With a pressure suite, this jumper may experience a change of .5ATA. The real concerns are from rapid "decreases" in pressure, and when pressures are so great, you have to worry about Nitrogen Narcosis or Oxygen Toxicity.
