No list does. It wasn't an EON production. It also doesn't include the 1967 Casino Royale.

That's stupid. The era of producer-driven cinema ended in the 50s. No one cares what studio produces a movie anymore (you probably couldn't name the studio that produced most of your favorite movies), why should it matter here?

It's still a Bond film. It's better than most other Bond films and it stars the best Bond of them all. It should be on the list.
