That's stupid. The era of producer-driven cinema ended in the 50s. No one cares what studio produces a movie anymore (you probably couldn't name the studio that produced most of your favorite movies), why should it matter here?

It's still a Bond film. It's better than most other Bond films and it stars the best Bond of them all. It should be on the list.

Nope, because it falls outside the official continuity. Also, it's a remake of Thunderball.

It's an OK decent Bond film, hardly one of the best, but it just doesn't count, just like Caravan of Courage isn't a real Star Wars film.
