What's the issue exactly? I don't understand, but we have a few people at work on older versions of OSX that won't swap for whatever reason and it might be an issue when we all upgrade to the iPhone 5 in a couple of months.

She just said she cannot sync. According to above, it's the fact you need a version of iTunes leopard doesn't support. Sneaky.
