I don't know many hardcore Apple people, but I held the iPhone 5 today and she was upset she couldn't sync it with her 2008 Mac and needed Snow Leopard, which Apple don't stock any more. Don't worry, I'm still confused.

Apple were sending out free copies to anyone that had signed up to mobileme/.Mac in the past. Might be able to contact them about getting a copy as they want everyone on 10.6 at least because it supports the AppStore.

Will check this out. They do have an app for iOS, Android and WP.

Yeah, just noticed today when Apple posted that list of alternatives. MS have actually done a good job with it as it has public transport info (the main feature I miss from Apple maps).
