I even had an Item that was signed for that was supposedly delivered to my address but it never was.

filled in a form to confirm I had not received to goods

so they sign to say they sent it at their end.

both get sent to RM

a week later I had my replacement car stereo.

and I was told that if it gets delivered please could you contact us to arrange a return.

but touch wood I have never had a problem with OC_UK
