It's all very well being as sarcastic as possible, but my only thoughts on architecture and art are that it is far too subjective to define "the best". Seriously, what criteria could you use? Even if you narrow it down to a single category it's still a complete minefield. If you said that America has lead technical development in modern architecture I doubt anyone would argue, although the far east is starting to overtake in my opinion. I wouldn't say that the US is culturally sterile, there is a lot to like. It's all quite compacted together compared to Europe though where you can easily pick out different styles across the centuries. --- Post Update --- You bore me, frankly.
