I also believe there will be a law suit over this, because that is the attitude of the current Republicans. With the history of recess appointments being used by both parties hundreds of times previously, I wonder how successful the court case will be? Just more of our good old tax dollars being squandered because the Republicans did not get their way.

True, there have been many recess appointments but not during pro forma sessions and that is the issue.
