With the arrival of winter, many people start suffering from cold and cough conditions.
One of the most common and irritable symptoms of this condition is stuffy nosy and due to this it becomes difficult to breathe normally making it impossible to sleep normally.

Does anyone have a proven remedy for overcoming this condition?
