Hello friend, a balanced diet requires a proper amount of carbohydrate in your body but not more. Excess of carbohydrate not only increase your weight as well as it imbalance your metabolism. So eat sugar in smaller amount which is sufficient for your body. Leave eating sugar is not the point.
