Posthumanity

When there will be considered a separation of cyborgs and people, as thought by Philip E is there a place we will achieve. Wang and the others? Then what'll function as the line that divides both, If that's the case? Along these same lines, is eugenics dishonest? Is this useful, once we continue forward right into a blurring of biology with engineering or harmful? Or does it depend solely how the technology is utilized?
