Hey dear, Consume increasingly veggies, practice, do weights and consume sustenance elevated in protein. Simply split it like a champ into 4 or 5 or probably even 6 suppers for the duration of the day that way your sugar level will remain constant. Those suppers might as well hold a level source of plant based carbs, omega 3 (from fish oil or linseed) and elevated source of protein either from protein powder or from lean meats.
