For that point a question is asked by me, I'm a significant beginner for the ferns

There's an attractive fern developed in 1 really small town near Da Li, China, as pot-plants, anybody has any notion on the identification??? The root structure and rhizome appears like a fern, the petiole is from 10 to 30 cm long, and the leaf itself is two-toned, except several crops that had some quantity of pink.
