By how much do feed-in tariffs raise electricity rates in the countries discussed?

Once support is paid for, electricity produced by renewables is very cheap. This lowers the wholesale electricity price. If this lower price was passed to consumers, it could significantly reduce the total electricity bill (= wholesale costs + renewable subsidy). This is currently not the case (mainly) due to lack of competition in the retail market.
