"Al-Sheikh Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab" says in his book "Kitab Adaab Al-Mashi Ila As-Salat"

After Takbeer-e-Ula

ثم يقبض كوعه الآيسر بكفه الآيمن ويجعلها تحت سرته ومعناه ذل بين يدي ربه عزوجل

Translation :"Then he should grasp his left wrist with right hand and place it under the naval so as to show humilaition in front of Lord Almighty."
