I've previously dealt with Tozando in purchasing equipment for an Australian University club. The university process of ordering and paying for goods is a real nightmare for the uninitiated, but the guys at Tozando were really helpful and understand. Top marks for service (but that was about 3 years ago).

Now, there is no substitute for easy access to a wide variety of vendors, just a stone throw away
