Hi!
I've to say that e-Bogu acted in the best way anyone can expect in my case. I ordered a Bogu (my first one!) and, bad luck, the package went lost in the US postal system...
The guys from e-Bogu sended a new one without any esitation, trough a fully traceable carrier this time.
This is they right way to manage customers, almost a textbook case.
