Default Zanshin for kote-men
I have a question concerning zanshin during kote-men uchi (I'm assuming it's an uchi). Namely, where should the zanshin be if you hit on the kote but miss the men? Is the ippon still valid if your zanshin comes after the men even if the men hit misses? I'm not sure I'm makingthis clear.
The reason I ask is that if your mind set is to go kote-men, as opposed to just go kote, then I don't have the time or reflexes (I'm slow and stupid...bite me) to stop mid-motion and start my zanshin right after the kote gets in. I simply go kote, then men and keep my zanshin for after the men even if it (the men) does not connect. Does anyone know how this is supposed to be scored?
Hope this does better than my last thread.
