New York, now London. Paris Amsterdam or Tokio next? I can't understand why they target innocent people instead of fighting like real men.

Al Qaida again?? Or the IRA?

If it's Al Qaida, perhaps they're targetting nations with troups in Iraq to "persuade" them to withdraw their troups?
