I suggest you watch this video created by 9/11 victims and what they had to go through to get a formal investigation (911 CR).

Leaving all physical Evidence a side and putting all conpiracy theories a side. An entire case of Prior knowledge can be created by the evidence. They made it very clear in their "Project for a New American Century" memo that their agendas would not be possible without a "New Pearl Harbor"
