I'm suspecting the Norton Antispyware edition may have locked the file so that their own tool and spybot couldn't find it in the system32 folder.
I'm going to try uninstalling the Norton Antispyware edition tonight, then running those tools again.
It doesn't make sense that neither Norton's own Trojan removal tool and spybot couldn't find the virus in the system32 folder, when the virus scanner picks it up.
Thanks!
