When you go to the user CP, you should see a box showing the reputation points you've been given. If it has a blue mark next to it, thats good. If its...well, i don't know what color bad ones are, but any color other than blue means you managed to PO someone. I don't know how to see who sent you points either...sometimes people write their name when they type a message...
