Northern states (with a few exceptions) usually tend to be a bit quieter (except for cities like Detriot....AVOID AT ALL COSTS!). I live in michigan, and the worst thats ever happend up here would be a police chase several months ago. The weather sucks up here, tho'. One day, it'll be 80+ degrees farienheit, and then the next day it'll be snowing (no joke).
