Like if a guy wanted to learn how to use a sword to kill people in the fastest way possible when it is already out, not interested in any codes of honour.

What i mean is an atmosphere more like a boxing gym than a karate club, where you just learn and practice and nothing else.
If you want to kill people as fast as you can, get a black market gun.
With a sword? Learn one of the kenjutsu styles. Oh, when you say "the fastest way possible" do you mean like...speed? Speed is something that comes naturally as you practice. Speed in a fight isn't something you want to rely on. Without proper technique, arm speed alone won't be enough to kill someone with a sword. Leg speed will help you evade/move in, but if your somehow cut off from that speed, your screwed (ex. take a hit in the legs, fighting in an confined area, etc). Reaction speed..same thing. Rely on it too much, and you'll be screwed when if fails you. Anyway, no matter how fast you are, you can't fight a gun with a sword (in most situations, anyway).

As to what is the most effective sword fighting art...it all depends on the user. Even the best weapons are worthless in the hands of someone who isn't strong enough to use them. The worst weapons in the world can become deadly killing tools if used by someone with skill.
