onegai shimasu means please right? Oh and welcome back.

What one of my Japanese friends told me, it means roughly, "Give me your experience so that I can grow." Not in a literal translation, though.

Doozo (do-oh-zoh) is "please".

Just don't say "kudasai"......that's a demand.
