I thought about using zinc-oxide, but maybe this cream will work also..
Any suggestions on my clothes? and bogu?

What kind of keikogi are you using? If you're using a double-layer, you might want to see something about a single. I can't personally say if the feeling is different from experience, but I'm basing the advice off of descriptions of the single-layer keikogis I've read.
