I don't know about Kote that allow breathing. But Chiba Bogu has a version of theiir Kote which has micropunched palms which helps sweat evaporation. I guess that's the same thing.
Also Tozando has a some things which might help you such as:
An "Under Men" which is sort of cap which heps absorb sweat.
"Under Kote" sweat absorbent gloves, it says they are antibacterial.
and some others (chin sweat absorbers, etc).
One thing, just where is the rash? No need to buy kote if the rash is in your face after all.
