Your best bet would be to contact senseis of the Toronto Kendo club, U of T Kendo club, York Kendo club, JCCC, etc. to see what's their level of interest. Of course, if you can manage to get Sumi-sensei and Chiba-sensei to contact them, it'd be 10x better.
