Ya shikai sensei was just at practice last week at Venice. I didn't know about the interview so I didn't ask him.

Listening to the interview, I think DLR explained things well, in general as well as shikai sensei. I'm not sure about the physically 100% but mentally and focus wise, you should be 100% committed when you are actually practicing. I think the main question was from a viewer that asked "what made you take this form of martial arts as compared to taekwondo, karate, etc." I didn't get to hear the answer because my lead engineer walked into the room

. That is a big question to answer because it can be a pivotal point in the speech to promote kendo.

Why don't we get to practice at DLRs place? haha
