Doing demonstrations at Disney World would be a great way to advertise to the masses that Kendo exists. If it were just a demonstration to showcase Japanese culture or martial arts in genera, then I see no problem with it.

Though with anything you do, there will be problems. If Kendo isn't promoted to the masses, then there are no extra members and it becomes a dying art. But if you do advertise, then you get more people and the possibility of McDojos. The good news is that at least by coming here or e-budo you can find out what's a good dojo or not (though you'd have to find this place first),
