One thing we have going for us if many McDojos are created would be more tournaments that would hopefully be open to the masses and not just the McDojo community or members of random coalitions of McDojo chains. Then when the McDojo students get crushed again and again, they will start to open their eyes and say "why does everyone from _________ dojo keep crushing us?" The smart ones will research and see the light.

With the grow of McDojos, the AUSKF could issue patches (something reasonable though, nothing retarded) or some other form of visual identification for competitors from AUSKF affiliated dojos. Perhaps another method could be dojo banners with some form of copyrighted marking that is easily recognizable as who has affiliations with the Federation and who don't. (It could also be a neat way of showing where everyone in a tournament is coming from. It's another way of building the community by making us more knowledgeable of our kendo neighbors as well.) Kind of like a quality control method so we can designate who is real and who is not to the potential growing McDojo community if this reality comes to pass. This method would help the McDojo people who don't realize the connection or who don't do their research.

These are just random thoughts, but should a McDojo invasion occur, there are ways we can combat it, force the McDojos to acknowledge their lack of actual teachers, and maybe they (the McDojos) would actually ship in people who actually do teach kendo to transfer out of the evil Mc organizations and become real.

Of course I am just rambling on in my half sleep, I will shut up now...
