i have number of books at home.. this is kendo.. definitive kendo.. kendo fundamental 1 and 2.. and even dvd.. but none of them goes into detail like sensei at the dojo. so they more or less collect dust in my room.

i do, however, go over my old copies of kendo nippon occationally. i can't read japanese, but the pictures showing certain techniques are detailed enough to be interesting.

i do read 'looking at the far mountain' occationally for kata. that books very helpful in giving detail on the kata.
