Default Kendo Withdrawls
Have any of you experienced Kendo withdrawl symptoms after an extended period of time away from practice? For those of you that may not know, withdrawls are usually associated with people that are trying to quit smoking or drinking and their body desires something that it hasn't been getting for a while. Such symptoms would include irritability or shaking. Just think of the sake scene with Algren in "The Last Samurai."

Back to the thread. The reason why I ask is becasue I am having them now. After being away from practice for the past few weeks due to Christmas vacation, I long for the moment I get back and start swinging the shinai again. It's to the point where I keep thinking about Kendo every minute of the day and my body just seems to want to kiai or do waza. I also have a big resolve for when I start to try even harder than I have been before.
