As a beginner 25 USD for Shinai. I've busted 10 since beginning. so 250
At 6 months 200 USD for hakama and Gi
At the same time I ordered a custom Bogu 1500 USD
25 USD bucks per month for facility fees
15 USD per yr for club dues
25 for testing twice in 2 years
200 USD for carbon shinai
20 for a tournament.

All that in 2 years.
