I read an article about what large companies like Unilever, Fila, Henkel, etc. are ready to buy ideas to keep their brand competitive https://radicalfire.com/invention-co...hat-buy-ideas/ . I’ve got some real estate ideas for my town, too. The city is small but lively enough, and there is an idea to get buyers interested in investing in a new residential complex. I don’t have enough money for this project, but if a big company agrees to buy the idea, I’d be happy because it would help many people find a home.
