yeah just practice more-that way you will catch up quicker.
but go light for now, you dont want to re-injure yourself.

im guessing your heal might not be fully fixed yet, so that may be slowing you up.

ive just moved back home so i can do lots and lots of martial artsy stuff. missin all my mates and i have no job, but atleast im training nearly every night of the week now-wahoo.

just keep it up, it'll come back. your sensei will understand as well no doubt.
