Get a watermellon and a bokken. One at a time each person gets blindfolded, spun around three times and pointed in the direction of the watermellon. The crowd yells left, right forward and you get one shot at smashing it. Always fun.

or you could get a pinyata and shinai... might make a mess but it involves sweeties!

or we could have stab the kodachi thru the node (more violent version of pin the tail on the donkey!)
