"How to avoid arrest in 4 simple steps:
- Take off your shirt (it's your worst enemy in case of grapping)
- Scream as loud as you can (so EVERYONE in 5 blocks around knows you're being chasen)
- Move yer arms like a nut (no one knows if you're on drugs or got AIDS)
- Run as if you were chasen by a horny donkey with yer pants down"
