We are going to stay at Disney for two day tours, then stay in Miami for two days. I booked a hotel on Biscanay blvd, is it a safe neighborhood? Thanks for advice, I will try to book Disney hotel. For the water, I thought the end of March is ok, not too cold and if the south beach is too sexy?

my wife will decide, since I am just the chauffer with an intention.

Here is the question for Miami locals, what is the excellent seafood restaurant down there which is not focus on strip down tourist to the bare bone?
