But on the whole, North American beef is much better qulaity then what they get in Europe, and incredibly cheaper.
But just as likely to be infected with BSE also!

French Beef is also just as likely to be organic rather that raised on Feedlots and pumped full of Steroids. Try it - the flavour will be different because the grass/grain will be a different variant.
