Paris, for a week. And yes, I am looking forward to the head cheese. Also the dairy cheese (unpasteurised, mmm...) and the veal cheeks. I hear tete du veau (sp?) is quite interesting. Thoughts? Any nice bistros and brasseries to go to? We're looking to eat like locals, none of this tourist trap crap. BTW, what are the usual times for lunch and dinner, and for how long? When I was in Spain, it was 2:30-4:30ish for lunch and 9ish to later for dinner. France?
