I'd like to expand that to rapists in general. All those in favor say 'Aye'.

How many times does it happen that a girl screams she's raped while it wasn't rape?

I think that's just as bad to be honest but in those cases.

There was a Dutch soccer player who had this going on he had to sit in jail for 2 weeks while he was innocent. It's that he was mentally strong enough that he got past this all but something like this can really ruin someone.
It was Robin van Persie one of the Dutch National Team players.
