hello, I'm n00b to forum so please bear with me.

Last week I emailed Amplus Kendo and placed an order for some tenegui and a shinai. The very same night, I transferred the specified payment into their account via internet banking. I emailed the next day asking if my payment had been received (because it usually appears in the other person's account within 24 hrs). The person emailed back and said that it usually takes 3-5 days for the transaction. It's been a week now and they don't have a contact telephone number, otherwise I would have called them long ago. I haven't heard anything from them, and I know that the money has already gone through (for starters my account is 104.50 poorer). Has anyone ever encountered problems with ordering equipment and how did you resolve it?

I have used Amplus quite a few times before and have found them pretty good to deal with, although I did buy a shinai from them a couple of weeks ago and it took about a week and a half as they have been having some trouble with the online ordering part of the site. Email Lucia@onlinekendo.com she should be able to help you out.
