Find out from your internet banking service if they act as an intermediary for disputes, the way credit card companies do. They can usually bring more pressure to bear than what a single customer can do.

As long as you have a transaction number from your bank and a confirmation number from the store (although the confirmation number isn't necessary), you are in the driver's seat, and the company should make every effort to send you the items you've already paid for.
