Hehe,

Maybe the manufacturers could come up with a "find remote" feature on the TV, so that all you have to do is push a button on the TV and it will cause the remote to beep or chirp or make some recognizable sound until you find it and cancel the process. My telephones are like that, why not the remote?

But than I'd have to get off my ass and hit a button on the T.V., which ruins the point of the remote
