Peruvian, I'm afraid (I know how well the Chileans and Peruvians get along). A good friend of mine is from Peru, (last name is Nakazaki, of all things) and she taught me how.

Pisco, for our mystified friends living on funny little islands or fishing in the Caribbean, is an interesting distillate of grape skins and seeds, sort of like Grappa. Doesn't get you dancing on tables like ouzo, but it's still subtly dangerous.
