I'd like a nice car that will last me a long time . . . but I heard if your going to get a new car later in the future, its hard to sell a car with manual trans?

If you're planning on keeping the car for a long time, the resale value won't be that high to begin with, and the incremental difference between one with manual vs another with automatic transmission won't be worth worrying about. Get the tranny that YOU want to drive.

As far as the ones you've listed, I'm not familiar with the Lancer. I think the 300Z may be out of your price range. Personally I'd go with the RSX (my brother has one), but I wouldn't turn down the Civic Si either.
