i really don't mean to be a car snob here, but man, if you want a real sports car for $30,000 or less, my suggestion would be a used Acura NSX (i'm not sure if they are available in italy though) Year: mid 90's, mileage 75k to 100k, 270hp V6, cost: approx. $28,000 USD. seriously the best bang for your buck. this car handles so well, it's unreal.
